Who Am I?
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and an active member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP). I have an Honours Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Psychology and Law & Society at York University in Toronto and my Master’s Degree (MA) in Clinical Psychology at American International College in Massachusetts. I have been practicing for 15 years in Ontario and the United States and I have worked in a variety of settings including mental health agencies and clinics with youth and adults. I have enjoyed working with different individuals ready to make positive changes in their lives.
What do I offer?
My practice offers counselling psychotherapy services for individuals 16 years and older as well as family therapy. I can work with clients with a wide variety of struggles including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, interpersonal or family conflict, and behavioural and addiction struggles. I am fluent in English and have general knowledge of Slovak.
